Many people learn how to influence and persuade others by trial and error, by imitation, by luck.

How much do you rely on people finding you by accident?

In this module you will learn the "basics" of influencing people to come to you for a delightful experience where they receive more than they expected.

This module includes how to use NLP to dramatically improve your powers of  influence in selling, networking, coaching, and helping your clients to get what they want. You will learn how to create rapport by matching and mirroring, how to discover what is important to your clients, how your clients make decisions and how to assist them in making really good decisions so that they receive what they want. You will go further with a strategic roadmap for influence, that includes how to "tune up" your senses to be aware of what is visible right in front of your eyes and how to tune up your ears for selling on the phone and how to use the skills of NLP to design customer delight.

By the end of this module you will have learned and practised practical skills to enable you to :

1. Build rapport easily with your clients for long term relationship.

2. How to close more deals and win more new clients.

3. How to network and be helpful to people that you meet.

4. How to know what is important to your clients, by asking them !

5. How to help and coach your clients to make really great decisions.

6. How to use your senses to know what works.

7. How to communicate effectively with a much broader range of people to increase your conversion rate.

The workshop is designed to be experiential and exercise based, and will work with metaphors appropriate to your context. Complete all five business practitioner modules and you will receive Society of NLP certification.
